6 Guidelines for working at MHC

#1  Campers come first. That's why we are here and why we will be here years to    come.  At the end of the day a campers experience is the only thing that matters.
#2 Relationships matter.  Since we have been around for over 40 years are relationships mean more to us than most.  We cherish everyone that has come through our doors, helped us out or has just been there along the way.
#3  Demand Excellence.  We would  have never hired you if we didn't think you could deliver.  And we will ask you to deliver everyday you are here.  And then we hope you will demand it of yourself in your future.
#4  Act like Owners.  We ask you to treat MHC as if it was your own business or home.
#5  Have open, honest yet constructive dialogue.  We always want to elevate a situation, never bring it down.  Being open/honest yet constructive in our dialogue helps us, help others.
#6  Take intelligent risks.
